Our insurance coverage includes public liability, daycare, custody and control, transportation of your dogs, as well as loss of keys. We take the safety and well-being of your furry friends very seriously and are fully prepared for any unexpected events.

 

Q: Do I need to be home when you collect or drop off my dog?

A: No, you do not need to be home. Most of our clients trust us with a set of keys, allowing us to collect and drop off their dogs even if they are not at home.

 

Q: Do you only accept well-trained dogs?

A: No, we welcome dogs of all training levels. Socialization and exercise can often help with training, and many of our clients have noticed improvements in their dogs' behavior after attending K9 Luxury Dog Care.

 

Q: Will my dog be supervised at all times?

A: Absolutely. Your dog will always be under the constant supervision of our experienced staff, and they will never be left unattended. We prioritize the safety and well-being of every dog in our care, and constant supervision is just one of the ways we ensure that they are happy and healthy.

 

Q: What happens if my dog doesn’t get on with another dog?

A: At K9 Luxury Dog Care, we are very selective when it comes to accepting social dogs. This helps ensure that all of the dogs in our care are comfortable and happy with one another. It's unlikely that your dog will have any issues with other dogs. Our dogs typically form their own social groups with others who have similar interests, like playing, running, and sniffing. We create a positive and enjoyable environment for every dog in our care.

Q: Do you offer daycare on the weekends and bank holidays?

A: Yes! At K9 Luxury Dog Care we operate all week and even operate on weekends and bank holidays. Our focus is to provide top-notch care for your furry friends during the week, ensuring that they are well-rested and ready for the next adventure.
